Founded in 2018, SM Services began as a small IT consulting firm with a vision to make enterprise-grade technology accessible to businesses of all sizes. What started as a two-person operation has grown into a team of 50+ certified professionals serving clients across multiple industries.

Our founder, Mr. Nigam Acharya, recognized that many businesses were struggling with outdated technology systems that hindered their growth potential. With a background in enterprise IT solutions, he set out to create a company that would bridge the gap between complex technology and business objectives.
